Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at Novotel in Brussels, I found the location to be superb, nestled in the bustling district of pop-up restaurants and pubs. This made it ideal for exploring the city's cultural hotspots. The staff, although friendly, appeared somewhat overworked, impacting the overall service experience. The room itself was spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of sightseeing. However, I was disappointed by the limited dining options on-site, with just one restaurant offering a restricted menu. The lack of room service and slow housekeeping response detracted from the overall value proposition of the hotel. While Novotel offers amenities such as a family-friendly pool and free Wi-Fi, the absence of certain services like an extensive dining selection and efficient housekeeping may leave some guests feeling underwhelmed. Considering the hotel's pricing, I would recommend weighing the cost against the level of luxury and convenience offered before making a reservation.
